Byron Bay – Picnic for Peace in the Park

To mark 50 years of the US Military base Pine Gap, peace activists from around the country have gathered at Pine Gap. Pine Gap is instrumental in US drone attacks which have killed many hundreds of innocent civilians, including children. It is time to close pine gap.

We are holding a “Peace Picnic” for all people in the northern rivers to join together in solidarity. Please some food and drink to share.

***We will meet at the Environment Centre rotunda on Johnston Street in Byron, at 9am***
